2-year worldwide warranty

At Forbidden Hill, our products are made by some of the finest artisans in South East Asia, who are carefully selected to ensure the highest standards of material and craftsmanship. However, in the rare event that you find a defect, Forbidden Hill offers a 2-year worldwide warranty on all our items.

Making a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, simply drop us an email at customer.service@forbiddenhill.com and we will provide you with more instructions on how to proceed with the claim. You will be required to return the item(s) to Forbidden Hill and if found defective, we will be happy to repair, replace or exchange the item for you at no additional cost.

Exclusions

Do note that general wear and tear, tarnishing, exposure to harmful substances, misuse, alterations carried out by third parties or accidents are not covered under this warranty. Please see our online care guide for information on proper handling and care of your product.
