Singapore

We offer free courier delivery to all shipping addresses within Singapore. We can also deliver to hotels for customers visiting Singapore.

We endeavour to deliver to Singapore addresses on the next working day, before 6pm.

We can also provide express same day delivery for orders placed before 11:30am. Contact us at customer.service@forbiddenhill.com for an express delivery service.

 

Overseas

We offer several options for overseas delivery, depending on your location. Be sure to put in your order with enough time to receive your items, especially if your order is a gift for a special occasion.

USA

For deliveries in the USA, you have the option of Standard or Express delivery.

Standard Delivery (Free)
Standard delivery is offered for free with all deliveries in the USA. Your order will be delivered within 15 working days (3 calendar weeks), with limited package tracking.

Express Courier Delivery
To receive your delivery sooner, select Express Courier Delivery at checkout and receive your order within 4 working days, with advanced package tracking. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.

Deliveries to the United States are free of import duties and taxes for orders below USD 800. For orders above USD 800, import duties will need to be paid by the recipient when the product is delivered.

Other countries

Import taxes, VAT and GST are not included in the cost and will need to be paid by the recipient when the product is delivered.

►Exchanges and Returns

Online exchanges

We hope that you love your Forbidden Hill item – however if you have changed your mind, we accept exchange or return requests within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Your item can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanges for a completely different item are accepted at the discretion of Forbidden Hill. Items can only be exchanged if they are in perfect condition and have not been worn or used. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned items have been received and undergone a quality control check.

For products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through our own error, we would be happy to exchange it for the same item within 30 days of receipt of your order.

 

Returns

You may return items that are in perfect condition and have not been worn or used. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the returned items have been received and undergone a quality control check. You can expect your refund within 14 days, which will be issued in the form of the original payment. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your account to be credited.

 

Gift exchanges 

Gifts can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Gift exchanges need to be accompanied by the original online purchase receipt or an online gift receipt. Items can only be exchanged if they are in perfect condition and have not been worn or used.
