Shipping and Delivery
Singapore
We offer free delivery with a minimum spend of SGD30 within 1 to 2 working days to all shipping addresses within Singapore. We can also deliver to hotels for customers visiting Singapore.

Alternatively, you can choose to pickup your items at our showroom after ordering online.
USA
Our deliveries to the USA are now subject to a 10% import tax which will need to be paid by the recipient when the product is delivered. Please contact us at customer.service@forbiddenhill.com if you would you like all import taxes to be prepaid in advance such as for gift deliveries.
Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong
For deliveries to Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and USA, you have the option of Standard or Express delivery.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is offered for free with a minimum spend of USD80 with all deliveries to Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and USA. Your order will be delivered within 20 working days (4 calendar weeks), with limited package tracking.
Express Courier Delivery
To receive your delivery sooner, select Express Courier Delivery at checkout and receive your order within 5 working days, with advanced package tracking. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
Deliveries to Hong Kong are free of import duties and taxes.
Deliveries to Australia are free of import duties and taxes for orders below AUD 1000. For orders above AUD 1000, import duties will need to be paid by the recipient when the product is delivered.
Delivers to Malaysia is subjected to import duty and taxes and will need to be paid by the recipient when the product is delivered.
Other countries
Import taxes, VAT and GST are not included in the cost and will need to be paid by the recipient when the product is delivered.
