Every piece of Forbidden Hill jewellery is covered by a two-year warranty. Our warranty comprehensively covers all our jewellery items against defects in both materials and craftsmanship. 

While our warranty offers extensive coverage, there are certain exclusions. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper handling, accidents or misuse; lost parts/components; alteration or repairs performed by unauthorised third parties. Normal wear and tear includes, but is not limited to, scratches, dents, colour change or tarnishing that occurs over time. 

It’s important to follow our Jewellery Care instructions and handle your jewellery carefully to keep it looking its best and to prevent damage. You can read our guidelines here.

To be eligible for our warranty, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt, gift receipt or order confirmation. Please note that our warranty does not cover purchases made from unauthorised sellers.

If your jewellery has an issue within the warranty period, please take the following steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at or  WhatsApp (+65 6909 5160‬) to let us know about the issue.
  2. Send in, or bring in, your jewellery to our Singapore showroom located at - 23 Bukit Pasoh Rd, Level 2, Singapore 089837
  3. After evaluating your jewellery, we will contact you to let you know if it qualifies for the warranty and when it will be ready for collection.
  4. When the repair or replacement has been completed, you may collect your jewellery from our Singapore showroom or we can arrange for it to be sent back to you. If the defect is covered by the warranty, the return will be complementary. If not, our customer service team will advise you on the return shipping costs.
