Use a measuring tape to measure around your wrist. If you do not have a tape, wrap a piece of string or strip of paper around your wrist and then measure the length with a regular ruler.

• If the length around your wrist is up to 17cm, select the small cuff.
• If the length around your wrist is between 17cm and 19cm, select the large cuff.
• Our cuffs are made of a flexible yet robust metal alloy, which allows you to adjust the size to that of your wrist.
